By accessing or using the JustShine website, or by booking, purchasing, or using any of our automotive services (including but not limited to window tinting, coating, paint protection film (PPF), and related packages), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Our Services

JustShine provides automotive surface protection and detailing services at our Kuala Lumpur location. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We will endeavour to honour quoted prices and specifications at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Bookings and Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability. You may be required to provide vehicle details and contact information to confirm a booking. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in cases of unforeseen circumstances; we will notify you as soon as practicable.

Please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in shortened service time or rescheduling at our discretion.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking or service. We may require a deposit for certain services. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. We accept payment methods as displayed at our premises or communicated to you.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. We may apply a cancellation or rescheduling policy (e.g., retention of deposit) for short-notice cancellations; details will be provided at booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our policy and may take a reasonable time.

6. Warranty and Service Quality

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms for products and labour (e.g., coating, PPF) will be provided with your service. Any warranty claim must be made in accordance with those terms. We are not liable for damage arising from misuse, neglect, or modifications after service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JustShine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Your Vehicle and Belongings

You are responsible for removing valuable items from your vehicle before handing it over for service. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. By leaving your vehicle with us, you authorise us to move and work on it as necessary to perform the agreed services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, logos, images, and design) is the property of JustShine or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concern amicably.
